To deliver the best printing result, we ask that you ensure the best possible quality of the documents to be printed and to always enclose an image preview—including all important information on positioning, colours and data delivery. Vectorised templates (EPS, AI, PDF, SVG files) are required for an exact and sharp print image.
TIFF, JPG or EPS files are the formats for four-colour halftone printing, foil transfer printing or digital printing. They provide the best print image in a minimum resolution of 600 x 1,200 dpi. Please always supply the data set for halftone images. This way, corrections can be made quickly and reliably. Please always convert the fonts into curves/paths. A minimum line width of 0.1 mm (10 pixels) is mandatory for producing a printed image with a flawless quality.
If you supply a screen print film, please make sure that the registration marks are correct and that you have set the film to 1:1. If the sent-in films are not structured accordingly, we must correct them. This will incur an additional fee.
For pad printing, only pads produced by us with a special screen can be used. We do require vectorised files from you.
When printing on objects, we need exact details of the print colours (see list of our standard print colours below).
For some coloured, transparent and frosted writing instruments, we recommend a preprint with a white background (i.e. an additional colour first) to ensure the best printing results.
